I've been in the social housing industry for 20 years in various positions including maintenance and finance but for the last 17 years my specialty has been tenant placement and property management.
IHM Involvement
Accredited in 2005, I signed up to become an instructor after attending the 2009 IHM Education Conference.
Opportunities for IHM
Involvement is key, opportunities can come from different venues and areas, I would like to dedicate a few years to improving the awareness of the Institute of Housing Management.
