Responsibilities and Industry Experience
I have been an Accredited Member of IHM since 1992 and have been involved in all areas of housing management including social housing, condominium management, private rental management and a member of many Boards of Directors of different housing providers.

IHM Involvement
I have been an active member of IHM since 1992.  I currently Chair the Education Committee and am a Board Member.  This past term on the Board was my second time as a Board member.  In the past I have chaired the Conference Committee, been actively involved in planning a number of conferences and was a member of the marketing committee.

Opportunities for IHM
IHM provides exceptional value to the property management profession by providing an affordable education program.  IHM can expand our education mandate to work with other sector (housing organizations) groups to ensure that future and current housing professionals are well trained and are active in professional development.  IHM has the potential to continue to be the leader in education for housing professionals in Ontario and Canada.  I see IHM partnering with private and public housing organizations to work to improve the future for housing professionals in Ontario and Canada.

Other Important Information
In addition to working in the housing sector I am the current president of a housing co operative and have spent the last 25 plus years working in social housing.  I have supported and participated in the work that IHM does and want to see IHM's potential grow.
